Our service just started today and I'm already impressed. When I called and spoke to Sandra she took me through each step of the process, explained the different services with corresponding prices, and got a service call booked in for me immediately. She was so friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable - couldn't ask for a better person to be a first point of contact for a company.

That same high-level of customer service was evident when I met them on-site. The tech - Boj - quickly determined the issue was rats not mice, and adjusted the treatment plan accordingly. Before proceeding he got me an updated price, explained why there was difference, and ensured I was comfortable proceeding. It only increased by $40 a year but it left a great impression with me that he treated it like it was $400 and didn't just assume I'd want to move ahead at a higher rate. He worked quickly to get everything setup, he provided steps that could be followed to speed up the removal and prevent repeat-issues, and even provided a referral to a company for some additional work we'll need completed. He truly went above and beyond. Start to finish he was a total professional and a pleasure to deal with.
It's worth noting, too, that from he time I first called them it was within 18 hours that all the bait stations were setup and we had annual, warrantied-service put in affect for less than $2/day. We will be using them if any of our properties have issues in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else, too.
