Bio-tech is an excellent pest company with great follow up. Their annual bug spray has allows been very effective. Recently I had a rodent infestation that was quite upsetting but Bio-tech has been working with me to get the house sealed and clear of rodents. Aaron and his supervisor were particularly helpful in developing a plan that works for my older house. They are very knowledgeable about pest control!
