We have been very pleased in every way with our technician, Jose, who handles our quarterly service and responds immediately if we have a problem in between. Pest control issues have been handled most professionally.

However, encapsulation has been a horrendous ongoing and still unresolved expensive failure.

We welcome anything Home Paramount will do to remedy this situation!

After several requests and thousands of dollars the problem is not fixed. We are very unhappy about this situation and will gladly recount the events that will surely make any management or quality control personnel cringe.
