Techs were both very nice and professional. The cost was expensive $1000 and the techs came out a total of 3 times... we had yellow jackets , wasps and spiders. You treatment killed the wasps but not the spiders or bees. We had yellow jackets for an additional 5 weeks and they eventually ate through our ceiling and came in the house. We treated them ourselves by pulling out the insulation and spraying them with 2 cans of pestiside we bought at Ace Hardware for $ 15. They were gone in 2 days.
