I paid $213.99 to sign up and then $74.89 monthly for 12 months. In the first 10 months i've only been sprayed by bugs 3 times. In the months of December through July (8 months) i was only serviced the month of May (and the individual who came out by himself was a new employee and didn't know what he was doing). Yes, 8 month and only serviced once. I called to cancel and they said that its an annual agreement and i can't cancel. if you sign up for the annual service $74.89 per month plus $213 signup fee is $1,112.67 and they come out 4 times or $278.17 per time. Complete rip off.
