Unfortunately, when I need your guarantee to come between quarterly visits, I don't appreciate having to wait a week for someone to arrive. If something is happening in my home, I need attention at that time. I have been living with ants for four weeks now. Wasn't taken care of the first time, which was postponed because the technicians truck had to be towed. Instead of contacting me for a rescheduled date as soon as possible, I was left a msg to contact the office. Then I had to wait another week for rescheduling. So no, I'm not pleased.
