The technician who finally came today was very good. However, my overall experience with Rose was very unsatisfactory. Yesterday I waited 2.5 hours when the window was for 2 hours. They never showed up and your receptionist who tried to reach the technician said she was unable to locate him. Then I said they at least owed me to have someone here at 9:30 this morning which turned out to be 10:45! This has wasted a great deal of time for me. I've been a customer for several years and am quite disappointed.
