I contacted Paffy's through Angie's List's messaging service. It was after midnight, and my cat had just caught mouse #2 in 48 hours. A Paffy's rep called me the next morning and was exceptionally personable and helpful! She described their mitigation process for mice and told me that their fee is essentially a 3-month warranty, as it covers all return visits and any other supplies that are needed to fix the problem. Technician Isaac came to my home a couple days later. He was also great at explaining the various treatment options, and thorough in assessing the exterior and garage for possible entry points. He used a powdery substance that is toxic to the mice, stuffed copper mesh in gaps, and placed several bait traps at suspected problem points. This visit was on a Friday. On Sunday morning, my cat caught another mouse, but there have been no more in the past 3 days. Isaac will return in 2-weeks to check the bait traps and replenish if necessary. I’m very pleased with the customer service, cost, and results (so far!) of the treatments! I would recommend Paffy's to friends needing exterminator services.
