What impressed me was the thorough inspection that produced the estimate for the rat exclusion job. Fermin is not only experienced; he's determined to win the war against the rat infestation. He searched the house from the top (roof) to the bottom (the base of the house). He even removed floor boards from our deck to get to an old drain pipe, which proved to be the entry point of Rat & Co. Fermin is a great communicator, who walked me through the process. He completed the job in a timely fashion. I have complete trust in his/Certech's work. BTW, his bid was substantially below another highly rated company, which did not bother to crawl under the deck.
