Incompetent, rude, and crass. Those are the adjectives I would use to describe this horrible company. They overcharged me 3 times in regards to the same issue, and when I had to call to rectify the situation for the THIRD time, I was yelled at my a CSR. Unacceptable. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY BY ANY COMPANY. I will surely not be returning here.
