I heard scratching noises in my attic area, my cats were staring at it too. I called and set an appointment. Got an email with the name a photo of who they were sending. John arrived and checked the attic and found no critters. Suggested it could have been something running around on the wood siding of the bump up right above. Everyone I came in contact with was great and they will be the first ones I call in the future.
