Basicslly, yes I am happy. Don is great, informative and concerned! My complaint is it took two days for service and it was an emergency situation. I had wasps 8 wasps in my bathroom, I am allergic and I had my 8 month old and 3 year old granddaughters staying with me. It was a dangerous situation and no one seemed to care.
