No, not at this time. We have requested numerous times to have the baits put out and every week there has been a different issue. We are required to have up to 12 bait stations put out and have only received 6. With the rat infestation in this city, we are trying to do everything in our power to keep our Residents safe and not have to worry about this type of issue. Unfortunately, the communication and level of understanding our needs as a customer have been poor. This is not the way we do business at our company.
