The young lady at Bell Cow called me back the day after I submitted my claim. She was able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. I was thrilled! The two young gentleman that came to fix my heat pump were very professional and very personable, and took care of the problem, as far as they could, in a timely manner. I am now waiting to hear when they will be back to replace the circuit board in my heat pump. Yes, they explained everything very clearly to me.
