I recently contacted Lloyd Pest Control for a free inspection of my rental property. The inspection took place yesterday, 4/26/2017. I was not at the inspection myself,(so my ratings below should be ignored) but my tenants informed me that the inspection took place and that the service technician found a couple termites in the garage and attic area. I would like to know what Lloyd Pest Control recommends for this situation. My tenants are moving out on 6/7/2017 and new tenants are moving in on 6/12/2017. If anything needs to be done, I would like it to be completed between those dates.
