The technician was hired to remove a hornets' nest on 8/16/24. During the process, he broke the exterior event where the nest was located. Technician informed me that his manager would reach out to me regarding the issue, and that the company will come out and replace the broken vent on 8/20/24. No one came, so I reached out to the technician again and he told me that they would do the repair on 8/23/24 instead. I called the company last week, and they asked me to send them an email regarding the issue, which I did on 8/30/24 in the morning. So far, I haven't heard back at all. I am very disappointed with the service and the management for the lack of communication and responsibility.
