Techs were really nice. However he said there was evidence of termite damage on a floorboard in the laundry room. After treatment two things occurred: a competitor came to the house for pest control, saw the same spot on the floor and said that it was water damage and our electrician found a tag in the electrical panel indicating the house had been treated for termites when it was built and should be effective for another 5 years all of which begs the question: did we get ripped off? BTW you did treat one of our homes a few years back and did a fine job.
