Steven came right on time. He was very pleasant and friendly. He looked through the interior and exterior of my home to see where the entry points are for the rats that came into my home.

He blocked all entry points and set up traps in all the necessary places. He also did a really thorough inspection of my house to make sure he didn't miss anything as well.
