We have been Innovative customers for over a decade and incredibly happy with the service. The technicians are knowledgeable, responsive, with close attention to detail. I appreciate how they have always taken the time to educate me on the process and offer advice on how we can keep our home pest-free between visits. Their office staff is fantastic, as well. Friendly and helpful in scheduling last minute appointments (or changes). Cannot recommend the Innovative team enough (and I do to anyone who will listen!).
