Marwan was polite, listened and communicated well. I particularly appreciated the shoe protectors he put on before walking into our home! He is a good representative for your company.
He explored the basement, based on my indications of problem areas and reviewed all past traps etc. I’m not sure if it’s normal practice to inspect the whole home for any other signs that homeowners may miss, or additional preventative measures, but that did not happen. That said we have an annual plan and I know I can call out someone anytime if a problem is noticed.
