I have considered my pest treatments and inspections to have been conducted by very good Terminix technicians who responded well to my requests...until Thursday, Aug. 12th when the technician ("Suave Terry") objected to providing the six plastic triangle ant traps injected with poison that I had requested. Having recently seen ants in my house, and having successfully used the plastic traps in recent years willingly provided by your techs to address small numbers of ants and prevent many more, I again requested the traps and he responded that he wanted to use "his discretion" not to use the traps in this case. I finally informed him that if he refused to leave the traps I'd find somebody who would provide them. He finally acquiesced and left me FIVE--NOT SIX--traps on my doormat with a small amount of poison injected in each. I do not need such confrontation nor advice contrary to that provided by numerous other technicians with excellent explanations of how the traps work, particularly since experience has proven the others to be correct.
