My husband and I love our tech, Kevin, who comes to our house. We've had him for years and he is so friendly and patient. When we have a specific issue, he always makes sure to listen to all of the info we can give him before he decides what he thinks can and should be done and then runs it by us before he implements his plan. We find him to be caring and respectful. We also appreciate that he has taken the time to look at the land being developed into a huge neighborhood on 2 sides of our property and cautioned us as to specific things to look for (specific insect species, mice, etc.) and what he can do for us if we find ourselves with a problem. It's nice to know that he's conscious of our future needs before we are aware of them!
