I am always happy when Victor comes to do the services. I am often not happy when it is a different person. Victor does all of the "normal" service (refill feeding stations, spray for bugs, etc.), but also figures out the root cause and fixes problems when mice come into the house. Other people do the "normal" service, but have never been able to figure out cause and fix of problem with mice coming into the house.
