I feel bad now that I don't remember the gentlemans name who helped me out - might have been Austin or Bruce? Anyway it was on Biel Lane in the Taberna neighborhood of New Bern/James City back in early April. He was doing a service on my neighbor's house and noticed I was having trouble with my truck. The battery had died and I was trying to get my 1 and 3yr old girls to daycare. We used his vehicle to jump the battery - he saved the day BIG TIME, all before my daughters could throw a big ol tantrum and me late for work. I just wanted to say thanks to the guy, I meant to write this review back when it happened but got distracted / 1/2 functioning dad brain. Shows he cares about his fellow human. Good stuff.
