Andy came out to look at my apartment and see if he could figure out where the bats were getting in. It seemed to me that he did a very careful job. Apparently he then submitted a report which generated a proposed treatment plan. However, this never came back to me. Also the wait between his visit and the treatment is rather long. So initially I was very satisfied, but then I disliked the lack of follow thru.

I apologize that there was some confusion regarding communication. The report to Gemini Property was sent out immediately. Because Gemini had initiated the request for service, they are listed as the entity to receive the report. Once I received approval for service, I schedule on the next available date and notified Gemini. Because bats are protected, we are unable to treat until after August 1st, the schedule for the first several days in August for bat remediation is full and I have placed the order on the next available date.
