There has been no "flag" left in the yard to indicate service, either the first service one week after initial installation (which was nullified as way too soon) nor this first actual first scheduled service. I see the neighbors have a light blue flag indicating service, but I am wondering why this has not been part of MY service as promised??

You are correct, the flag should have been left. We will make sure we get that issue corrected and I'm sorry it didn't happen. Thank you for letting us know.
