We used their services for 2 years or so, now. We had carpenter ants and sugar ants problem. They have been very successful at keeping the ants out of my house. We pay for the Premium Plus program, which I highly recommend, because they REALLY come in between services, no matter how many times they have to to resolve the pest issue. Last year they came in between services 2 to 3 times for a sort of parasitic wasp. They also came on two different occasions for yellow jackets, in between services. If they're not sure, they bring a sample to their on site entomologist in Puyallup to know for sure what they're dealing with and how to treat it. Their staff are always very professional and polite. They have a hard time to keep regularity in the scheduling of monthly services, and less rotation of technicians would be much appreciated. Sometimes, they will come super early in the month, and then they will start to come later in the month. A few times, I got two monthly services scheduled only 18 days apart, because they're running late in the schedule. I would love to have them, for example, every second Monday of the month. We also had quite a few different technicians over time. I would prefer to always have the same for a longer period of time. Overall, we are very satisfied. I would like to add that they do not feed on creating fear unless other pest control companies. If they think it is not an actual issue, they will tell you or let you know how you can do it yourself. They're very honest and I highly appreciate that.
