The initial phone call to discuss service was great, and the information I was provided was perfect. There was no heavy sales pitch to push services I might not need.

The tech who came out was scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 and he arrived at about 8:15. He took the time to talk with me about what I had going on, and I felt like he was actually paying attention rather than looking for an opportunity to sell me something.

So far, my experience with Home Paramount has been great. I've used Orkin in the past, but the price, value, and service from Home Paramount supersedes anything I've had in the past.
