I was really hoping to leave a positive review and your company came very highly recommended, but my experience was something very different.
There was constant communication issues with the office staff. I was sent the wrong liability release forms and then had to scramble to print/sign/scan the correct forms. All this confusion caused delays in the work being done. Because I was trying to close escrow on my house, these delays costs money.

It wasn’t until Kevin stepped in to work directly with me, that things got done in a more timely manner. This review would have been worse if it hadn’t been for him.
