After hearing noises in the ceiling of our daughters room a tech came out after his last scheduled call to help us. He spent over an hour at the house looking for any visible signs of an infestation. Unfortunately the area to which the noises were coming from (possibly bat) couldn"t be accessed. He set up the paperwork for the work to be completed in august when it is allowed. I can"t thank him enough for coming out "after hours".
