Initial service visit was spot on. A follow up visit was scheduled for 9/2/20 between 9-930am. Technician did not show. No key for entrance into home was picked up at the office of Tidewater Real Estate, the property managers and no phone call to reschedule was received. Phone call was placed to 800 number for a return call in regards to this. Still waiting for follow-up.
