Yes - very happy! Just only 1st incident in July, the technician wore shoes inside my house, so I wasn’t very impressed. Something that only takes him 2 seconds to remove takes me 2-hr to clean the whole main floor & basement! I freaked out cuz I had to take kids out of the house immediately that tune. 2nd visit, my sister kindly told another technician to do so & he gladly did. I believe in a good service, all technicians should ask the owners if enter the house or not sure. I always asked when I enter a friend’s house or any open houses (look at houses).
