We needed a termite inspection done rather quickly for a home refinance. We were under the gun, missed Bill's first stop at the house, and he came back later in the day. We know that it was an awfully long day for him with lots of running around just for our little $45 termite inspection, but because of Bill's commitment to get it done, we were able to refinance without losing our rate lock. We appreciate Bill going above and beyond to get this done for us, even to his own detriment.
