We've used your services for years and have been satisfied until recently with Randall. He was called back some time ago because ants were in the office window. He said he needed to find the source and I told him to go ahead. He pointed at a plant which had no ants on or near it. They were on the window and window sill. This had happened once before and someone came out, treated inside and outside the window and all was good. Randall went outside for awhile then got in his truck. I went out and asked him if he was leaving and he said he was. I told him he needed to spray; so he did. This last time he came I noticed spray all over a small window. It's sort of high; so he must have just aimed up there and sprayed. It's a mess.
