You service our home in Palm Springs, which is a vacation rental. We happened to be there the day of service a couple weeks ago (I believe June 5th or 6th)when I received the emailed “notice of service” that said service had been performed, but no answer at door or phone so technician could not access the gated and locked back yard. We were sitting a few feet from the front door, the bell DID NOT ring, nor did my phone, and our vehicle was in the driveway! There was absolutely no evidence he even entered the property. Furious, I called the 800# and the technician was sent back to “finish” the job. He said he “ must not have pushed the doorbell hard enough!!” He then did perform our service, and we observed the evidence of the visit. I’m now concerned the property is not being cared for since I’m not there to supervise. I tend to think this was not the first time this has happened.
