I am a first time customer, had my first visit with a very polite tech and she applied my spray. Called Home Paramount right after she left (14 minutes for the treatment)with my questions and immediately received a phone call from the franchise owner in my area.
I explained to him my concerns about the effectiveness of the spray due to all pollinating foulage can not be sprayed due to bee's. That's is understandable but does not provide a value for me to have them spray. Was told I would get a call back from him in 20 minutes, that was 8 days ago on June 18.
But I do want to thank Roselyn for being very kind & understanding and cancelled my account.
