We contracted Terminix several years ago to combat a carpenter ant infestation. It took a year or so to get them fully under control, and Walter was diligent and committed the entire time to take care of the problem, and we have not had a problem since He's knowledgable and helpful with any questions or concerns. We also appreciate the fact that he's on call for any other issues in between regular visits as he has knocked out a few bees' nests as well for us. I do miss the personal calls for scheduling as the automated process is a bit awkward.
