Had an emergency with bees in the house. Emailed, called and left a message at both Howell and Brighton numbers. No one called me back or emailed me for 5 DAYS!!!!! I had to call a company from Detroit area!!! Would not recommend for emergency calls!! Maybe for a non-emergent issue, but only if you don"t need them for a few days,,,,,,,.
