Antonio had some car troubles, therefore he arrived almost one hour late to the appointment (he arrived at 1pm, with a window of 10am-12pm for the service). It happens. It is the first time it happens to him, but in the past other technicians were also late/no show. I work full time and I have to take time off work to make these appointments. It would be nice to count on the technician be on time.

Once he got to may place Antonio was extremely polite, clean, efficient and provided excellent service.
