After walking through my entire property, Sam S. pointed out possible entry points rodents could get inside my home. I could tell he was passionate about his job, as he took his time and was very thorough to look at every pipeline and opening in our walls-this immediately gave me a sense of trust and assurance that the job would be done well. I also very much appreciated how he followed COVID protocol, and even put on boot covers whenever he came inside my house.
