Everyone was great -- from Steve, who did the first inspection, to Rob and Will who came and set the traps and removed a raccoon (apparently the female whose little ones stopped coming in after she was gone) -- and then Will closed the larger entrance that they used. No noises above my head for the last few days!

When the crew that's supposed to finish my building front are done (and hopefully, if there are smaller entrance points at the front of the house, they will block those), I will call Steve to begin abatement. HK.
