This is the first time that I have ever experienced a less than satisfactory experience with your company. The technician Jose was great. It was your customer service that was lacking. I was scheduled for service on April 24 in the a.m. per the automated call, but no one showed up or called. When I call your customer service the woman told me I was wrong as it was always scheduled for April 25 in the p.m.. I chose not to argue and said okay, knowing I was correct. I even went back to the voice mail as it was still on my phone and sure enough I was right it was for April 24 in the a.m.. I don't understand why the customer service representative wouldn't tell the truth as I know things happen and sometimes people/services need to reschedule. It was disappointing especially since you said I was wrong. Otherwise I have been happy with your service over the years.
