We have been using PestBear for about 5 months on a new lawn. Although there was apparently an internal failure to communicate my specific requests initially once I called their attention to the situation it was promptly addressed. Since then the technician and local service manager have paid close attention to the specific needs of our lawn and made very specific recommendations to address some ongoing issues. I appreciate the fact that this does not seem to be a formulaic approach where all lawns are basically treated the same every time. Miguel is always courteous and professional.
