I'm happy with the job that was done, but I stayed home so I could ask the technician to do some additional spraying. As it turns out, I didn't hear him ring the doorbell, therefore, I never got a chance to talk to him. I think the technicians should give a call if no one answers the door. And I have tortoise in the backyard (which I blocked off ahead of time) but always remind the technician each time not to spray there. I just hope he remembered not to spray in the enclosure.
