Hi there. I've been a client for years and right now have 6 properties with over 40 apartments covered by your service. You've always been tops, but I do think you seem to be getting overwhelmed. I think lately there's more of a desire to keep up with the orders and less of a desire to actually kill the insects or the rats. Its been a little harder to get the service needed, longer waits and more excuses. i.e. "everyone has that problem", you prefer to put bait than spray for roaches, or blaming things on an unresponsive/uncooperative tenant. There is a feeling that you want us to be patient and let the procedure work. On the flip side I have tenants who tend to panic, then pressure and use the "Uninhabitable" card a lot. In the case of rodents, I've taken over the project and put out many, many more traps to solve the problem. I have always said I think your prices are a bargain. Perhaps increasing them will allow you to spend more money on increasing service and attacking problems with more zeal. $49 to $59 per month is not going to make any of us leave you. That 20% bump across the board might make a big improvement in funds for more trucks, staff etc. Also, the price per building is the same, and yet some buildings have 4 units and others 14. When you provide interior service for free, just schedule it, then there is no way the 14 unit building doesn't cost you more than the 4 unit. The same goes for 3 bedroom apts v. Studios. Maybe adjust the prices based on the number of units? I'm trying to be fair and let you know I still like you and have no intentions of leaving. I'm trying to tell you there's probably room to charge more. All of us apartment owners have gotten a raise over the last 5 years. You should too. Just keep it fair to all! Have a great day!
