While we have been long term satisfied customers of services and staff/techs, we had some trouble recently with effective communication of jobs that were scheduled along with timing of charges for some of those jobs. In the end it resulted in all getting done as needed, just disappointed in process. Staff and techs are always courteous, professional and helpful.
