I absolutely loved how I was treated from start to end. Cyrus was nice and very knowledgeable and on time as well! He had called me and arrived at the time he said he would arrive, he listened to my issue (had an ant issue in my pantry -located near the backyard) and they took care of it. This is the first time I had ever called any type of pest control company, normally I spray bug spray myself, but this time I knew it was probably serious since I have never had an ant infestation in my life. With that said, we locked in the price for internal/external services for once every two months. We rarely get roaches inside or other insects/bugs, but can't wait to see how much less we'll see! Plus, he was nice enough to place roach traps in the garage! We live near Inspirada so those who know our neighbor is just the desert, I've seen so many types of insects outside as well, so I'm happy we have services with them in the upcoming months.
Definitely recommend! They are very professional, in responding, providing an emailed invoice and paper copy as well, and overall having a really great business layout from making the appt to the end.
