Have residential service plus gopher service so many times in addition to our regularly scheduled service, I have to call for a maintenance visit to address gophers. I have always gotten prompt assistance on the phone as well as prompt service at my house. Gretchen, our technician, goes above and beyond to accommodate and address our needs. She is great at always giving me a courtesy call prior to her arrival so I can round my dogs up and prepare for her to come do her job. Much appreciated.
