With 8 years of service that I've requested it's been a good service throughout the entire time. Some exceptions make the difference when it comes to over the phone customer service. Most of the times I call to request a service, the representatives take my call and schedule accordingly to my needs. Not Always is the same, sometimes they tell me that the technician does not have time to do more than one unit per visit and when I speak with thech they realize they could do more than one. That's pretty much it.
