very positive. Arrived on time. Polite and knowledgeable. Identified pest (chipmunks} and trapped/baited for exit accordingly. Would like follow up visit to check baits to see if moved and eaten, also to double check, saw a chipmunk run up my outside downspout today. Not sure where it goes and worry it could be attic or the chipmunk may have just exited the basement. I did sign for the same contract I had prior-had expired as even though I will be selling house in mid to end fall this is a service I prefer to have.
